You have to realize that you are your own's best friend. Don't be too hard on yourself! The ideas you come up, the thoughts that cross your mind, are always something good to reflect upon and work with. You should trust yourself more than anyone else.

Look them in the eye, and tell them you are proud of who you are, and that nothing they say is going to change that. Confidence scares the bully because that is something they are lacking.

Stand up for youself by tellinf the y to back off. Don't let the bully get to you know that the bully is trying to make you feel bad because he/she is broken down themselves. Otherwise they are just being Jerks. Sincerely Emma

Standing up for yourself can mean a lot of different things. If someone were to pick on you about how you look, how you speak, or how you do anythning else in life, you have to prove to them that you are yourself. And ONLY yourself.
