I've been bullied my whole life,starting from at home by the aunt and cousins I was raised with. They would call me fat and be mean to me, telling me my parents didn't want me that's why they gave me up. what helped me deal is standing up for myself. knowing my self value and knowing that I give them power by allowing their words to hurt me. WELL I REFUSE!!! I decided to get away from that negative environment. If you can avoid bullies, i.e. their not family/people you personally know then walk away- I know I learned that not giving them a reaction bothers them more if you react to their cruelness. stay strong, know your worth, know your loved and know that there are people that care.

One thing you should understand is that it is never okay for somebody to make you feel bad. A late amount of the time bullies decide to upset other people as they have self esteem issues themselves. You should speak to a person you trust, such as a teacher or guardian and explain to them how this issue is making you feel. The authority figure will be able to take approapiate action in order to protect you. One thing you must remember is that you should respond with violence and by staying calm you are the bigger person. Inform a authority figure and make them aware or the situation

The main thing to do is to realise what they are doing/saying is probably not true, and if it is - so what? who are they to make you feel upset? what gives them them that right? try speaking to someone you feel comfortable around about it, a teacher, friend , parent someone who can support you and help you when things get out of hand. Next is to just try your hardest to ignore it, it will be hard, but just ignore it and eventually they'll get bored and stop. Remember that you are strong and you can do anything you sent your mind to.
