There are definitely more types of bullying, the most common one is cyber-bullying, this happens on the internet and sometimes it can be worse than direct bullying, but it mostly depends on the situation. There is also bullying between family members, outside bullying, they can all be very bad and equally as effective to the individual.

No, it doesn't only happen in school. There's cyber-bullying, which can be people talking about you online or something like that (which is bullying, even to adults). Some people might even call abuse "bullying". Both physical and emotional. So yes, there are other types, but all those types can be prevented through asking for help.
