Yes, it can. But I would say not to make it a linchpin. Bullying is not nice, in fact it is horrible.. But it can make you feel stuck, trapped in the past. However, it is best to remember that it happens to everyone at some point in their lives and more often than not overcoming the bullying enamels you to move on regardless of the scars you carry.

Bullying is most definitely upsetting, and it leaves us with scars that can never fade. It can go both ways depending on whether appropriate attention is giving to the victim, but in terms of problems, it may result in inferiority and inconfidence. Although these are undesirable, along the way we would instead learn about who are truly the people who care, because they are the ones who would support us while all seems lost.

As we know, bullying is never a good thing. It can cause a people to feel negatively about themselves and sometimes about others causing a multitude of problems. If you are being bullied, I strongly urge you to tell a teacher, mentor, or parent about it to have it solved as quickly as possible. To your original question, technically, if the bullying is extensive and if the damage is enough, it could lead to an inferiority later in life. This could be seen as a problem by some as it could inhibit your ability to do certain things. It could also not be viewed as a problem to others because it is not necessarily always a bad thing! To learn more about the effects, talking to a guidance counselor or therapist might help better.
