The reasons can be different from one relationship to another, but mainly because you've invested your time, and your feelings into this person, and it is hurtful to see it come to an end. It can help to remember that you won"t be the same person afterwards, you'll be stronger, and wiser, and also, think that this person wasn"t meant to last in your life for longer, and it must be for a reason.

When you are in a relationship with someone and have acquired feelings for them then it can be difficult to let go of that person. Losing someone you care for is honestly one of the hardest things you can encounter in life. Breaking up happens and it is challenging to deal with. I don't know but i do know that they happen for a reason, everything happens for a reason. Your breakup is just a small piece in the puzzle of your life and without it you wouldn't be able to see the whole pretty picture when your finished.
