Break ups hurt because we spent an amount of time with someone who we truly cared about and were just nit ready to let go yet.

It hurts because something has been broken. It could be your trust, or your own individuality. But, then, just like wounds, it will heal.

because maybe you have opened up your heart to someone and you or he/she ends it without warning causing you to feel down in the dumps for loosing someone you trusted

Because the person you thought was there for you no longer is. They are all of the sudden out of your life and that is a big thing to deal with.

When we are in a fantasy bond, our actual relationship may have begun to erode long ago, when we started replacing real acts of kindness, respect and affection with deadening routines and defensiveness toward each other -- when we gradually showed less and less physical affection or stopped expressing a personal interest in one another. Eventually, neither one of us is truly being ourselves. We are no longer vulnerable to our loved one. Thus, when we lose the relationship, what we are really losing is the false sense of security that the fantasy bond provided and not the intimacy that we once felt with our partner.

Because after spending time with someone and falling for someone there is an attachment that is hard to break. It's hard to be alone after you have the company of someone.

Because we clinged to the people, learned to trust them, love them and now the break up seems like a betrey and like someone stab us in heart. It's just a reaction to losing what we once had.

The reason breakups hurt so much is because you're other half is no longer that. It hurts because you have to suddenly act like you dont know this person to the very core. It hurts because they mean alot to you even when things get worse. Break ups suck, we all go through them. That doesnt make it any easier but like all things time will help ease the pain. One day you will forget what even made you so sad, because breakups aren't the end of the world... they just mean that you get a whole new chance to adventure!

Ok so to start of remember when we were kids and we had that one favourite doll which we couldn't stay without and when it was taken off the pain yes break up also has the same pain well its just that you give everything to that one person and then you get to know it was all false love then that pain of loosing someone is more than anything in life it hurts because you loved you cared but all in vein you got nothing back love showed their back upon you and you get your heart into darkness well moving on is more important. And the day you move on you realize that person was not worth you . You surely deserve better .
