Maybe because you have been disappointed a lot. Or you came to the realisation that no matter what we will always get to a point where all people in our life will be gone at some point. Maybe it is your unconscious mechanism to protect yourself from getting hurt.
Therefore, I do not think you should be so hard on yourself. Try to get the reasons behind it so that you can understand yourself better.
Plus, sometimes it is a great blessing to be able to get over people easily. Thus, maybe you should also focus on the bright side of it.
Have great day and great life!

It is possibly because once they leave your life, you are looking to improve yourself, move on, and become a new and better version of yourself. Just because you are "over" this person does not mean you do not care for them, you are just entering a different part of your life. I wouldn't claim it as "getting over people easily" but more of being able to easily recognize that people come and go in life to teach us lessons. It is okay to be over someone fast, it does not mean that you do not care about them.

I get over people so easily. though it's not easy. There was a period when it was so difficult for me to get over my loved ones or my friends because I used to attach with them emotionally very easily. But it put me into great losses like my physical and mental health because you are not the main character in everyone's life and one must have to learn it. So I learned it by Hit and trial and gradually I learned how not to get emotionally attach to anyone and get over them and you can do this only when you prioritize yourself and the ones who loves you not whom you love and the most important thing manifestation is the key:)

Lots of, and I mean lots of reasons can be here. Maybe you do not wish to bond with others just like that, maybe the people you interacted with have not been your ideal type etc. It does not have to be a negative trait what you feel, in fact it can be a sign that you are emotionally stable and value yourself enough not to be with people that are not meant to be with you. On the other hand, if you think that you have some wall built because someone ruined your trust in before, then it's something worthy of dealing with.
