Well i guess were talking relationships here. I think its nice to feel loved and when that happens its nice to think about the ones we love. I dont know if ALWAYS thinking about someone is healthy to be honest. Ive always thought the idea is to live your life as you would normally and then adding that special someone to it is .y idea of a healthy relationship. If i thought about that someone all of the time i would worry that i would lose part of who i am. Having someone consuming your thoughts would lead to other areas in your life not getting the attention they require - other areas such as yourself. Ive definitely had my share of having that special guy always on my mind but that has never worked in my favour. I guess experience teaches you to learn how to balance your thoughts which of course ultimately dictate your actions and emotions. I think its always important to ask yourself questions such as "is he thinking of me all of the time?" I guess it would be ideal tp have someone who is on the same page which includes amounts of time spent thinking about each other. Just my 2cents worth! Good question! ☺

You cannot help frequently thinking about him/her simply because you were very emotionally invested in him/her, and have had many moments that have become memories that you don't want to let go of. It is absolutely natural for you to feel that way. You don't have to let go of the memories though. You just have to let go of those whatifs and those alternative scenarios that keep on going about in your head. P.S I have given this answer assuming the thinking is post a breakup, so if I have assumed wrongly then I'm sorry! I really hope this has helped in any way. :)

Maybe when your free and your not occupied you will keep thinking of the special someone. If you do not want to think about that person, keep your mind occupied. Example: Play IQ Games and so on.

Because you care. They did something that made you think about them all the time. That's normal. These things happen.

When someone has made an impact on your life, you tend to remember them when you do certain tasks. If this person is a significant other in your life, it is possible that you will think of them almost all of the time

This question could be a interpreted a few ways. Is he/she a loved one who's sick, or are you just in love with them and haven't realized it? Either way that person's special.

You think about someone because you are attracted to them. They also must have left a big impression on you. Be Careful that you dont build them up too high in your mind. They might not be all that in reality
