moving on is a slow process , you can not fast forward it. It will take time to fully understand for your heart that the person is gone, who gave you so much love at a point is no more part of your life. Don't fight the process it will only make it worse. understand it. just give some time. Thinking about that person doesn't always mean that you are missing that person. sometimes it means that you are feeling the emotion. that love and security that person gave you. you just want to feel those things again.

Well first of all, why do you think him or her is always on your mind? Think about it and think about how this is going to go for you. Think for yourself, whether or not this is HEALTHY for you. Then start doing things you love and interested in. In addition, you'll be happier in the long-term and him or her might be more interested in you.

Probably because you like them! It could ever be as friends, or it could be romantic attraction. It depends on the way you think about them. Ask yourself, would you like to go on a date and kiss this person?

I remember those days when I was in love with my fiancee 10 years back. I met him in school and it was crush at first sight for me which eventually turned into love with each passing year. Even though we weren't that close 10 years back, I used to think about him every single day. Receiving a text from him used to light up my mood with a bright smile on my face. I used to indulge myself in some work so as to avoid thinking about him but used to end up thinking about him the minute I was done working. The reason why we think about a particular person is that they have impressed us in many ways. When we are impressed with someone's personality, we tend to like everything about them. With constant thoughts, we automatically get attracted to them. If the attraction is just an infatuation, it fades away with time & we stop thinking about them or it might also get transferred from one person to another so we start thinking about that other person. If it is love, it lasts longer than you could have ever imagined & you find yourself thinking about them continuously for many years, no matter what your relationship status with them might be. You find yourself doing things for them which you could never have ever imagined doing in your wildest dreams for someone. I remember doing things for my guy which I never had ever done for myself. If your emotions for them are strong and only developing more with each passing year? Its intensity alone can tell you that you are very much in love with them and it is not an infatuation. Although you will know as to why you think about them journaling about your feelings/emotions might also help you understand better. For eg: Writing about all their trait which that makes you think about him/her is a great way to acknowledge what you admire in them the most. You might also want to write about all those feelings that you can associate with them whenever they cross your mind. Wish you the best!

You always think about this person because you are somehow attracted to him/her. The person is special, like no other you have met

Hey! It's very natural to miss a person you were once related to. You have spend endless, priceless moments with your partner which can't even be expressed. Maybe you are not with him now but once he/she was crucial part of your life. Don't feel bad or stressed out if you think about your ex. Time is the best medicine it heals everything. With time you will not think about him/her when you will get someone more loving and more caring. And yeah every person holds a place in our lives which can't be taken by someone else.

because that person is an example of where you lost your happiness, and where you're not going to find it again. Nothing that took away your happiness is ever going to give it back without consequences
