Why did I waste so long in an abusive relationship? Why was I not brave enough to walk away?

A lot of people who have went/go through the same thing, im sure ask themselves the same question. the truth is, it is hard to leave a relationship that is abusive, for the fear that has built up in you. you are scared to leave, because you have came up with so many senerios in your head of what could go wrong. some try to convince themselves that they are sorry, that they will stop but in most cases it never do really stop. it takes a lot.. to build up that confidence to leave. but let me tell you something. when you do leave, you'll feel free. just know you aren't alone. you can do it :)
