The best way to stop heartbreak? Treat yourself. I think one of the worst things about heartbreak is that you start to doubt your self worth because the person you love doesn't love you back. And you start to wonder why. To ask why you weren't enough and what is wrong with you. So my solution is to learn to love yourself all over again - every part, every detail, every flaw. Because in the end you're are the only person that has to live with you. And yes, this is cliche, but I truly believe that if you love yourself, someday, with time, you'll be fine, because you know your self-worth
