You can talk about anything, it can range from what you did today or what your week looks like or you could talk about what you saw on tv the other day. You could ask them how they have been doing and or if there really nothing you can think of, you can always result in playing 21 questions, regardless if you know them really well, there will always be parts about someone you won't know yet.
