No! Oh boy, just stop it. It will make you feel bad. Besides that, it's time to move on, right? Good luck!

should never bother looking at an ex's profile online cause they are not with you no more and there is no need to spy on them or read up on what they share online just move on and be happy .

Having done this myself before I know how it is. But I feel that after a while you have to let go. Even though it is hard to do you have to think of yourself and do what is best to do. Do you really gain anything from doing this?

It's probably normal, but if it's starting to impede other stuff you do say 2-3 weeks after the actual break-up, it might be unhealthy. At some point you should come to a conclusion.

its normal to feel like you want to know whats going on in their life because you were once together and knew that sort of stuff, it just means you probably arent over this person yet

For your mental health, it is not okay. If you and your ex are not on speaking terms, then looking at their profile will only hurt you. Talk to friends, family or a counsellor about how you are feeling. They will help you to move on from your ex.

It is okay, even I do that from time to time after 3 months of breaking up. However, do remember that moving on is the end goal. Letting others be aware of your feelings will make you feel less alone with your pain and will help you heal.

It's normal to happen for quite some time after the break up but it will drag you away from moving on because you'll be so focused on what he's doing and sharing, try to hold yourself back a little day by day and focus on yourself and your wellness instead

I think it can be quite damaging to look because it won't help the process of moving forward and healing.
