Coping with a break up is a personal experience, everybody has different methods of dealing with them that benefit themselves. It is therefore important to try out new things and see how you feel after you have done them. For example, some people turn to physical exercise, some people take up journaling and find solstice in self-reflection. One thing that stays constant with most people in the same situation is the impact of time on your healing. With time you will begin to feel better and provide yourself the closure you need in order to heal from the situation and be able to open your heart again to another.
