Two weeks is definitely a short amount of time to get over a two-year relationship. However, this is normal and rebounds are a part of grieving in most cases which is probably what he is doing and why he still thinks of you. Grieving is definitely a long process, more so when you've just come out of a long-term relationship like that, so just take this time to grieve and recover. It's normal to think about your ex after spending so much time with them, but remember that you guys broke up for a reason, and the best thing you can do for both of you is to just move on.

If he still wants to be with you, then he has to make the move. Other than that, you should concentrate on yourself. You don't deserve to be put in the middle of someone's decisions. You are an individual who makes their own choices and chooses their own destiny.

Two years is a long relationship, many intimate moments have been shared, and no matter how wonderful our new partner, the good parts of our previous relationship and the loving feelings they still give will take time to fade. When we go to live in a different country it is exciting, but we still miss many aspects of our country of birth as it has been a part of our culture, a structure that we felt comfortable with. Change is inevitable, but it isn't clean cut, if it were love wouldn't exist in any form. You and your ex will continue to miss certain aspects of your relationship, even to the point of not feeling comfortable with a new partners physicality. Time is the great healer, in every case. The comfort we can take is from the knowledge that most go through the same process.
