Is it my fault or not?

Depends on what you are referring to. If there is something that you caused and is intentional then you should find a way to deal with it. But if you did not cause it or was not aware that you caused it then just find out what is the issue and deal.

Depends. The vagueness of this question makes it difficult to answer with certainty, but if you're asking yourself this, chances are, no-- at least not entirely. Take the time to ask yourself if whatever you did was warranted or not. Were your actions justified or was it perhaps an over-reaction?

it is never your fault. yes we sometimes dont know exactly what we are doing but that is how we learn. we learn from our mistakes and thats how we grow as a person and we should feel like we have accomplished something rather than making ourselves feel bad for the mistakes we have done. I have done some things I am not proud of but yet if i didnt have done them, i would of not known that experience and i am grateful for the accidents i have done before because they have shape me into the person i am but i don't think it was a bad fault

It is hard to know whether it is your fault. You can take a sheet of paper or open ms word and write the proofs that it is your fault and proofs that it is not your fault and give these proofs also weights (how relevant are these proofs to prove whether it is your fault or not). If there is insufficient evidence that it is your fault or if proofs that it is not your fault prevail over proofs that it is your fault, then it isn't your fault. If you prove that it is your fault, you can think about how to solve the issue.
