It's alright for you to still love them. Relationships are easy to break but emotional bonds don't break that easy. You must have love them very dearly and that might not go away quickly. Don't compare yourself to your ex ever. Even if they have seemed to move on, they are not you okay? You both are very different people with different opinions and perceptions about life. So take it "your' way. Take your time. Taking time is not wrong, just try not to let it overwhelm you okay?
You don't have to try hard to fall out of love with your ex. Just try not to think about them often. Try not to indulge your mind into past memories with them. Try to accept that the relationship was an experience and it has passed now. Try to busy your mind into work or volunteer somewhere, try out new hobbies, get involved with friends and family more, be outdoors a lot.... Keeping your mind busy is a great way to let time to the trick. Trust time. It will help you heal. Try not to look back anymore. I know saying this is easy, but I have experienced it and all these things have helped a lot.
We are all here for you! :)

There's no objective for loving or hating anyone, it's not a conscious choice. You love you ex now and in time you might not. Don't try to engineer yourself , you can't and every moron who says you can is someone who has been reading a lot of self help books. Don't listen to them or me or anyone else, use your own brain. If you are guy, try to be with friends as much as possible. They are the only people who can help you get better. And if at all possible, try dating other people. Your ex's memory will start to fade when the focus of your attention shifts to some other women. That's the thing with us men and the power women hold over us. If you are a woman, well, who gives a shit, you'll get over your ex. There are just too many guys who want you anyway.
