Understand that listening to yourself and loving yourself enough to listen to yourself is so important. Understand that you are so lovable and you are so loved, by people you don't even realize love you.

You might be lonely or sad for a while after your breakup -- these are normal feelings. The fear that no one will ever love you again is understandable, but unrealistic. There are 7 billion of us humans on earth (and counting) -- you're almost guaranteed to find love. Just stay active and healthy! If you have a hard time meeting people, involved in something new, like a community garden, book club, or dance lessons. You are already in a relationship, albeit one you want to end, but at least take that as a sign that you are indeed lovable! You will find love, maybe even when you least expect it (at least, that's how it always happened for me!).

You should never stay in a relationship in which you're unhappy, that is one of the worst things you can do to yourself, which will only negatively impact you. The longer you wait, the harder it gets and the more of an emotional toll it takes. It is also not fair to your partner as well, so best thing to do is have a talk with them and tell them the truth, communication is the foundation of a relationship.
