I want my ex back :( how can I get my ex to trust me and have hope in us trying again?

That really depends on what really happened in your relationship with your ex. Not all people are the same but at least if you really want them in your life, be humble and show humility in acknowledging the shortcomings and not take the defensive. I am always a strong believer of opening dialog and trying to understand the other person's perspective by reaching out and talking things out. But at the same time, do not get your hopes up thinking everything will be fine and dandy. Long as you try you know you did the right thing and have a heart for asking for forgiveness and trying to be a good person.

Hey Love, I would like to start off by saying absolutely no judgment here. secondly, no one needs to know, but think about why he doesn't trust you? Why don't they trust you? Something I tell myself all the is to think about all the people I know who got back together and didn't make it. Sometimes they just aren't the right person for you. Lastly, the biggest thing is time! You need to give them time and yourself time. You need to figure out why they can't trust you and give you time to work on yourself. :) that is what I have learned not much and I hope it will be somewhat useful for you! -Cece
