You can engage yourself in different activities. Listening to music or watch movies. Maybe a walk through nature and making a herbarium would make feel you better. Try to help somebody who is in distress that will make you feel better. Try to meditate, exercise and smile. Try to do new stuff. Learnjng a new skill could help divert your mind. Try something like cooking and serve your dishes to somebody who loves to eat. Positive comments will make you happy and you may try enhancing your skills. You can travel a bit and take a lot of pictures with smiling faces.

Embrace what's left to yourself, these feelings are natural once you end a relationship. You've spent days being with your ex and become used to his/her presence in your life, so letting him/her go would of course change your lifestyle too. These feelings you're experiencing now are a reminder of a part of your past. Don't try to force them out right now, take it slowly and as time passes, you will again get used to the lifestyle without your ex's presence. All it takes is some time for adjustment. Try spending time doing things that you enjoy, use this time to take care of yourself. I hope you the best!
