Make yourself realize that this thinking will not take you anywhere.. rather use this time to make yourself more competent so that one day, your crush would bow down to ask for your hand!

i think you should tell him/her how you feel. I never told any of my crushes that i'm in love with them, and that isn't good, you know? When they don't feel the same about you, you can try to get over them. But when you don't tell them, you never know.

Well you can either tell your crush how you feel or do tell a friend. You could slowly become their mate or just try and talk to them and see what happens

Thinking about a person who you get attracted to is natural but if its way too much it can interfere with your attention and concentration. So you could probably take up some activities which are difficult and require full concentration and mental functioning. For eg: A math game like Sudoku. Try stick to it and complete it. It would take time in getting used to it so don't give up easily. Good luck bud!
Ps. Use your will! :)

You need to talk to your crush if you are not. Find out why you can't stop thinking about your crush, it could be because you want to tell him something, maybe you are not expressing your emotions. Remember it is not good to always be thinking about someone because it detracts you from thinking about other important things.

You find an activity to keep you occupied. Be it a new hobby, sports. reading a non-romantic novel or playing games. Anything to keep your mind off that person.

Well keeping someone in your thoughts means you could develop strong feelings for them. It's great to get to know them, if you don't. And just let them know how you feel. Sometimes when you say how your feel about them, you can know if any good outcome can be created.

Focus on hobbies and things you enjoy that can take your mind off it. Try mindfulness to observe the thoughts but allow them to pass by without obsessing over them
