Anger and ex's, not a good combination. Anger manifests itself differently for all people. For me, it was because he cheated, profusely and denied it even after I witnessed it firsthand. He literally took gaslighting to a level I was not ready for. But the take away of my experience, was the quickest way to get over it was to live my best life, despite being coworkers. At first I think it pained him to see I was happy without him and paid little to no attention to our past relationship. And honestly, that was what you saw on the outside, internally I was still broken, hurt and felt invalidated but overtime everything got easier. So my advice, would be to live your best. Surround yourself with you friends and look forward tomorrow!

That is a challenge to have a breakup and still have to see the person every day. My best advice would remember kindness. When you start to feel angry, take some deep breaths, and then remember that happiness is a choice and you are in control of your own thoughts and actions. By doing this you can then realize that no matter what your ex does or how the situation makes you feel, you are still in control. This may help you move on to bigger and better things :) By closing that door in your life another will open with all of its own gifts and experiences. You got this !:)
