It's all about self control, learning how to use it. Occupy yourself. It is hard as we do tempt ourselves to text those who we miss or want to speak to, but we have to remember that it's the best of us not to do so. Do something. Turn your phone off. It is hard, and yes we will think about it. But doing something will stop us from doing it. Also, texting someone else and trying to make conversation, whether it's a friend or a family member may help :)

You can try doing the things that make you happy. My best friend and I, his mother doesn't like me, so when we talk, I will try to keep the conversation going. So don't worry. Give him a little space, then pull on the reins a little. That's all.
