The best thing and most natural thing to do is to block and delete him from everything, but I know how hard that can be! when you go to text him you should think "does he really care what I'm going to text" "will I regret this if he ignores me" and over time you will feel like you don't need to text him or talk to him and while you're texting him you might be missing out on something bigger ☺ï¸

Each time you pick your phone up try to remember the reason you don't want to text him in the first place. Try to prolong that feeling as much as possible. On the contrary however, texting him might bring you closure which means you will no longer need to stop yourself. It will come naturally.

You could always find someone else to text that enjoys hearing from you. That's what I did. I found other similar activities to keep me busy where I found myself totally forgetting about him.
