Try to distract yourself from things that remind you of him/her. Do things that you love doing with yourself, your friends or your family. If you are having a rough time and nothing is working, try writing how you feel. Once you feel better, look back and think of things you want to tell your past self. Remember these when you begin going through another rough time.
