When its night and you're alone, try to avoid thinking about your ex by thinking about good things you're excited about, or what you plan on doing tomorrow.

Getting over someone is hard, but there are multiple ways to getting over an ex. You can definitely do a rebound relationship, meaning you can date someone elese to forget about the first relationship. Another way is to do lots of activities that get your mind off of that ex. Getting over someone takes time, but it is well worth it in the end.

Think about you. Make yourself number one. It will make you feel better about the situation as a whole. Like I always tell my friends "You came into this world alone." You have to make sure that you take care of yourself or you forever be dependent. This world is big and bad and you cannot let anyone dictate "you"
