These things can be very hard, trust me. Sometimes just blocking them out completely can help (at least for a lil while) just to focus on yourself while it settles. Turn to friends and other people for guidance and support. Maybe just dont even think about him

You both deserve to be happy. And if they are happy with someone else then you are going to have to be okay with that.

Know that you gave your 110% in the relationship while you were in it. Whether or not it works out is not up to you and if it is not meant to be no matter what you do things will not change.. Just be strong and know some one better is waiting for you out there..So try to let go and allow others to know you..

The first step is to remove yourself from the ex completely. Unfollow them on socials, delete texts and photos to remove yourself from the past so you can focus on yourself now. Accepting the breakup and them moving forward is a huge step to learning to be okay by yourself, realizing you are your own person, who doesn't need them anymore, and knowing you lived without the person beforehand, can be really helpful. Know that you will soon be okay, and that its alright to feel all these negative emotions now, but soon you will be able to release that, and grow.

It's a hard thing to think about, your ex partner wanting to be with someone else. It may be hard right now, but also consider re-framing it into maybe right now they were not the right person for me in this moment in time? That's just a consideration to put into mind. I'm in a similar boat myself, and while it isn't easy with a relationship ending, it's also remembering that we as people are worth more than just what a relationship is for us. We are whole onto ourselves, and a relationship should be adding to our lives, not be the reason for our lives.
