try to focus on the good before you fall asleep. find the Good in the bad, even if it's something small. Sometimes a bowl of mac and cheese will help an awful day better for me.

It is believed that helps if a person before sleep thinks of positive things, whatever makes person happy it is helpfull thinking of that. If you fall asleep with positive thoughts the chances waking up more positive are more likely to happen.

You can't stop waking up sad when in the first place, crying is the ultimate reason why you fell asleep. You really don't have to forget things. You just have to accept everything and move on with your life. Don't dwell on the past. It's not worth it. Stop looking back, because it's not where you're going.

listen good and inspiring music not sad one..help someone daily, make a goal of life. if you have not then dont stop ,keep exploring ,hug your dear and near one to show your affection..these little things will make you happy .Do exercise , ,good diet with fruits ,take enough sleep .,one thing is important to remember is live in present.past die for present and future take birth from present.

You wake up sad bcoz you go to bad sad...not over think before going to sleep.. I kn you can't escape but understand. .future is just an imagination and thinking about something which is just a imaginary will give you fear anxiety as long it as wrong affect on you skip your thoughts alternate your thoughts ..and of the day ur worrying over something imaginary and just an illusion. .If your stressing about yesterday it as already passed and you can't fix it it's just a phase ...so stay strong listen to beautiful songs think of the amazing and beautiful you and go to sleep in a peaceful mind

The day before you go to sleep, think of stuff you can do in the morning. Like: plan a delicious breakfast. Ask yourself, why am I waking up today? To see your friends? To exercise? Have something to do. Hang out with friends and make future plans.

When you wake up the first thing you should do is smile. You are alive and well. Also try doing something you injoy in the morning like reading the newspaper or watching the news. When you do that try to make a list off all the good things in life and all the bad things. Over time you will begin to see there is more good then bad out there. :)

Just spend more and more time with your famlily and friends..lets just try to forget the stuff bothering you..try doing things which makes you happy and whenever bad moment comes lets just busy yourself in anything else :)
