If you want to forget, you first need to confront it, the reason why you are sad. Many times what we try to ignore keeps poping up in our heads. You can tell a friend, you can take it out of your chest with a listener, you can also go to therapy, find a new dream, a new hope. If something happened to you, give yourself time, and do what you can do, one day at a time. Be gentle with you, because you deserve it, whether you feel like you do or not. And begin to see how wonderful you are, and what you can share with others who need someone like you in their life.
Have a helpful insight? Don’t keep it to yourself.
Sharing helps others and its therapeutic for you.
