Delete his number. Delete him on any social media you have. If you want to be 100% sure to stop talking to him even block him. Don't go in on his trys to have contact again. Find yourself other people to surround yourself with.

You can stop talking to them by creating distractions for yourself! Go outside, hang with friends, read a book, see a movie, etc. Anything to take your mind off the breakup is a healthy way of distracting yourself.

There are ways to block them, from ignoring the,, to tell them that they should stop because you simply can't. You can also literally press the block button that is a feature on most Apps/ Social Platforms. Please state your reason before doing so.

It's normal that you still have the urge to talk to your ex, and if you agreed on staying friends there's no reason to stop talking. But if you really never want to talk to that person, then delete them. Delete the conversations, the number and delete or block them on social media.

If your ex is continuing to talk to you, you should politely ask him to stop. If he refuses, you can either block him on social media or just avoid him. If he insists, then you can always try telling him that you don't want to talk to him. If that doesn't work, and he tries to stalk you, contact the police.

Ignore all their texts and/or phone calls and don't make any yourself. You can always block their number and change your cell phone number.
