Girlfriend broke up, changed from one day to another and excludes me completely from her life. I don't know how to deal with it and I cant stop missing her. I don't know what to do?

you still love her...it's okay you gotta be proud that you simply 'love'...but she hasn't chosen you...and you gotta respect that and also start to living your life and taking care of yourself...she is free to choose who to be with and you are free as well to choose to spend time doing nothing or start following your dreams with appreciating all your experiences you went through....Forgive her and wish her a good life then Go on , man

Same happened with me last week with my boyfriend. I feel something that is important to do is accept. Till you don't accept that you can have a good life without them, you'll get nowhere. Some wounds just take time to heal, and there isn't much to do. Distracting yourself is obviously good, but you must also feel your emotions deeply. Sometimes we think avoiding our emotions is good because it might help us feel better at that moment, but it only makes things more difficult in the longer run. Till we don't feel something completely, it may be difficult to let go off.
You must remember that all things are difficult before they are easy, and this too will eventually be easy. xx(:

Try putting the things that remind you of her out of sight and focus on the hobbies you have that make you happy so you can learn to grow and understand more about yourself. If you continue to do what you love you can realize that you do not need her in your life, you can be just as happy without her. This is the first step to becoming who you truly are in life and being the happiest. A break up is very sad and aa hard situation to go through, but by continuing to grow and following your dreams and aspirations you will be able to accept who you are and move on from the situation. If one thing I've learned from all my breakups is that times does really heal all wounds, you'll notice it yourself in your thoughts. You have to be patient with yourself tho, it's a process and may take a few months, maybe an year. So today it may seem like that pain will never go away, but it will i promise you, you just have to stay open, take this time to learn more about yourself, what you want, try to understand why you broke up, and you'll eventually realise that even tho you may not be able to agree with the reason, you can understand it, and there you will begin to heal, by understanding.
