An answer to that question is impossible most of times. People with anxiety issues often get desperate for it to just suddenly end, and the fact that such thing is unmanageable, often gets them even more anxious. Anxiety is something that must be dealt on a daily, one-step-at-the-time basis. The acumulation of small victories against your own anxiety will be your progress in a difficult fight.

In one word: Absolutely! In two words: Absolutely yes! In three words: Definitely it will! You got my point. Anyway, anxiety is the most common mental ill issue, which means you are not alone and it has been very well researched, thus being very treatable. CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) is one of the most powerful antidotes. Also consult a medical doctor and try to fit it some form of meditation and/or exercise. Learning how to better breathe is essential. These are all test-proven forms of beating up anxiety till you reach full recovery, and it is important that you are not afraid do seek for help (it truly IS a sign of strenght!) and never ever give up on yourself and well-being.

Yes, when we let go of self ego and become aware of ourselves and act for now rather than setting expectations that distracts us from living.

I think when we require its absence less, it is more likely to leave us. If we make peace or accept the anxiety or try to find ways to use it like focus, motivation, building compassion and patience with ourselves, it's power will lessen. And, we will one day be free.

My anxiety will never go away sadly. This is an illness I will always love with and learn to tolerate. If I don't seek help through therapy, I can't function. Medications have surely calmed down the severity of it.
