Anxiety is "a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease about something with an uncertain outcome", To effectively deal with that worry and unease, we can do various things, from changing our automatic thoughts process which may be teaching us irrational worris, to simply accepting a situation. So simply, with the right treatment, anxiety can be effectively dealt with, but perhaps not cured. A lot of people always have signs of anxiety, no matter what treatment they have, but learning to cope with and deal with worries is incredible, because it can help you stop anxiety from interfering in day to day life.
