Of course. What do you like about yourself? What are you good at? It doesn't have to be the big things, it can just be 'I can make a friend laugh' or 'I'm organized because I have a clean room.' Learn to appreciate yourself. Moving on from a negative event takes time as well, so time to recover and time to learn to appreciate yourself is needed. Just take one step at a time.

Absolutely. It takes work, but it is the best work to help yourself grow and become self-assured, self-confident and eventually be able to make a clear choice around the direction you want to head or the people you choose to have in your life.
