There are so many things in this world to think about and care about that if we thought of every problem the world has, or every problem we have, then we would probably implode. But if you devote yourself to thinking of one thing at a time, you will feel your brain slow down and feel better.

It's difficult to tell our minds we are not in the wild anymore so that we don't need this overactive mind. So what we can do about it is to practice things that will help us to wind down like mindfulness. I hope I could help!

When your brain never slows down, it's because you have a lot of things to think about and do. If this happens, you should try to calm yourself by breathing in and out very slowly and try not to think about anything. You should repeat this procedure lots of time until you feel better.
