Everyone has different things that make them anxious. We're all our own person, which means what makes you anxious may not make someone else feel that way but at the same time something that makes them anxious may not affect you at all.

Anxiety may be caused by environmental factors, medical factors, genetics, brain chemistry, substance abuse, or a combination of these. It is most commonly triggered by the stress in our lives. Usually anxiety is a response to outside forces, but it is possible that we make ourselves anxious with "negative self-talk" - a habit of always telling ourselves the worst will happen.

How much something affect a person depends on how much he or she feels attached to it. If something is bothering you too much it means that you are caring about that thing too much. And for many things we choose whether we care or not, but for somethings it's just because of our nature. And only time changes it.

Some of us may be a little bit of idealist and sensitive than the others. We thrive for perfect future and want everything to go according to plan. We can't tolerate mistakes, for mistakes we made would dwell in our mind for a long time. Other people may be a bit more carefree than us and tend to take everything as they stride. They arent better than us,and neither we are better than them, because anxiety makes us uncomfortable but makes us think of the possible things that would happen in our life that leads to carefulness
