Why is everyone starring at me?

Everyone is starring at you because you're a star. When confronted with brilliantly shining objects, it is only natural to star right back at them! Keep on lighting up our world, you magnificent ball of light!

sometimes it can feel like all eyes are on us, like everyone is judging you and watching your every move. As someone who deals with social anxiety, i always feel like everyone is constantly staring at me, watching my every move, and the worst thing i can do in that situation is to panic, or feed further into that fear. For me, i find it is best to just take a few long, deep breaths and tell myself "everything is okay, the world is not out to get you, you will be just fine..." as i find myself a nice quiet corner away from everybody. soon, the anxiety is gone, and i can begin to slowly work my way back into the mix of things, usually starting by finding someone i know and sticking close with them.

Because you're BEAUTIFUL! I know it's hard to think that it may be for a positive reason, but you got to look on the bright side!

they are staring because they think your beautiful or cool, that's what I think when they look at me

Well it could be due to many reasons. I think you're outstanding, not fitting in ? Don't worry about it. Nobody does .. They Stare cuz they be jealous

Whenever you walk into a room, people's eyes are naturally drawn to movement. That is why, when you walk into a room/walk past someone, they might glance at you. Trust me, nothing is wrong with you, it's just human instinct.

People probably aren't staring at you like you think they are. I know what it's like to think that everyone is judging you, but I promise most people are more focused on themselves than you.

It is likely that no one is starring at you. This sometimes happens because of social anxiety. If you looks at another person your eyes fire a signal and another human being will pick this up often and will look back at you. This used to happen to me a lot when i was younger

You probably think everyone is staring at you but they probably aren't even looking at you. When you are paranoid it can feel that way and it is a hard thing to feel.

Maybe, you're amazing and people feel good when are looking at you. Or maybe, they just look at you as sometimes, you look at people, random, for no reason. Its ok to have eye contact with someone, even that someone is a stranger or not.
