Maybe it could be a dream you’ve had or something stressful might happen in the future on that day. If you feel that way, take a breath and look around you. Look outside to see the calming nature andinhale and exhale in a deep way in a pattern.

Sometimes it can be caused by bad dreams. You may not remember having them and they may be affecting your mood upon waking. Other times it comes from life stress that has not been dealt with. When you are sleeping you arent thinking about them and when you awake it comes rushing back. I would highly recommend you look into therapy. This is a sign your body is giving you that you need support right now before this develops into something more difficult to manage. At the very minimum ask yourself if your basic needs are being met. Do you socialize? Eat well? Sleep enough? Exercise? Have healthy hobbies to look forward to? Maybe this is a sign you are due for a positive change in your life. You may find information on anxiety to be helpful to you. Meditation exercises are readily available on youtube and are free.

I wake up that way because there is no purpuse left out of life, and that life has drained me a lot and everything just seems meaningless and confusing. I can neither sense joy nor drowning depression anywhere and everything is so empty! May be I had a bad dream I don't wanna recall!
