Anxiety is a natural emotion and reaction to many stressors in our lives. If you have an anxiety disorder, this may be due to irrational thinking that you keep playing in your mind. I do not know your situation, but perhaps think about events or situations in your life that may make you feel anxious, even if they seem small. If the symptoms persist, it is advised you go to a doctor, who will have a better insight to the problem.
