Sometimes we consume ourselves with "What ifs", very common. If this is your problem, try everytime you say what if this goes wrong, challenge it by saying "What if this goes right?" But continue to talk about it :) hope this helps

Sometimes the more certain we are of something, the more doubt creeps in. We feel that we know something absolutely, and yet we're afraid there will be a negative reaction when we stand by it. It's difficult to feel you are right and have someone tell you that you are wrong.

Because even if an individual already know what's going to eventually be the output...sometimes his brain is just not ready yet to accept the reality; to accept what's going to happen will definitely happen for better or for worse. What we can only do is accept this harsh reality and move on expecting that it was meant to happen and you can't change it. So better focus your mind on things you Can change. :)

I panic altough I already know the answer because I always think something will change and the answer will be different, but it won't, nothing will change and mostly it ends up the way I tought it would, just wasn't willing to admit.

It is human nature to panic, even if you already know the answer. Sometimes you go into the fight or flight, freeze reaction. It can be so easy to just freeze and not think rationally when you're worried.

Panicing over things is just apart of life. Things we can’t control we tend to worry about so just accept that you know the answer and continue on.

The Facebook "Seen" message gives me a lot of anxiety! When I see that the person has "seen" the message, but does not reply, I start thinking about all the possible reasons why they would 'ignore' me... Does anyone else feel this? If so, how do you cope?
