Sometimes when we think too much about the possibilities of a decision we can experience anxiety when we are unsure of the outcome. We must breathe and remember that it is just a possible for a good outcome to come out of a decision than a negative one. If something negative happens, it is just a lesson and we take what we can learn from it with grace and move on. Holding on to pain from the past can increase anxiety and cause depression symptoms from access worry. It is important to remember to breathe, find your center, and ask a friend to help you think more logically and less with emotion.

Anxiety is not necessarily a bad thing. On the contrary, it might help you realize that there is something bothering you that you avoid to solve. And sometimes it might even be beneficial. Actually, anxiety can push you to work through your problems.
Although, sometimes anxiety can be too much to bear or even lead to panic attacks. If I were you I would ask myself what it is really the trigger of that emotion. Then think what you can do to help yourself relax. Develop some relaxing techniques, like breathing exercises that can help your body deal with stress.
