Anxiety usually builds up overtime. Understanding this, we can get a better understanding of how we got anxiety. Small stressful situations, repeated minor traumatic events, obsessing over outcomes etc and small minor acts like these, which may seem insignificant at first glance, but when continuously done leads to having an anxiety disorder. The most common is the GAD, the generalized anxiety disorder. It affects a lot of people. Usually these small events lead to it, but a severe incident like a heartbreak, a loss in the family or any other traumatic event triggers it. Anxiety happens from lifestyle choices. In the era of social media, it's easy to get anxiety. Anxiety won't go away because it's a part of our lives but it can be easy to live with if we follow make a few lifestyle changes, a change in mindset too. It can be easily controlled to quite an extent so that it has very low(perhaps even close to 0) effect on our lives.
