I get the same thing, often to the point where I go for either days at a time without sleeping until I pass out at some point along the way.
What sometimes works for me is tiring myself out so much that I physically can't stay up late at night. It might not work for you, but on the days I can muster up the energy to go to the gym I find sleep comes to me a lot easier. It also boosts my mood significantly. That may not work for you though.
Try talking to your doctor and getting prescribed/buying some over the counter sleep aids if it is really affecting your day. One thing that can't be stressed is proper sleep hygiene. I'm a hypocrite for saying this because it's 4am right now, but not sleeping and then stimulating your brain on the internet can make a bad problem worse.
Also rants are great. I do a lot of writing late at night (creative stuff with the occasional essay for college) to help get rid of that pent up energy and put it somewhere that isn't my brain. Typing out how you feel can be a kind of cathartic release.
I know that's a lot of advice but hopefully something in there might help. Good luck, you're not alone in this.

Each day that ends just brings another one that I don't know what's going to happen. School is stressful enough, being bullied, dealing with grades, the fact I won't graduate, and everything, but at home I need to work in order to have any kind of future. My girlfriend is the only thing that keeps me here and I don't really know how much longer she'll want to be with me. So each day that approaches just brings me that much closer to the end.

The dread that you talk about often comes from past experiances of unpredictable unfortunate events as well as projecting our fears out of them on to the next day.Their can also be certain tough nuts to be cracked scheduled next day.Taking a moment to realise how strong we are and having faith in our capability to take on uncertain challanges certainly helps in accepting uncertanity of life.

The Facebook "Seen" message gives me a lot of anxiety! When I see that the person has "seen" the message, but does not reply, I start thinking about all the possible reasons why they would 'ignore' me... Does anyone else feel this? If so, how do you cope?
