Why do I get anxious and furious over tiny things?

When our body is on high alert for threats, our body is very sensitive. We get anxious and furious easily over potential perceived dangers: and that is nothing on you. It is just your body. If it is affecting your life, I would recommend you speak to a clinician about this. It is exhausting and I'd imagine even more infuriating to get furious over every little thing and constantly have your body perform intense reactions, but know it is not your fault. It can also be hard to have intense reactions over "small things" that do not affect us, and it can seem our body is wasting energy. Though I do not have enough information and I am not a licensed doctor, and I urge you to seek help if it is becoming a serious issue in your life, by hurting your relationships, hurting your motivation, and etc. Etc. ♡ it's okay, there is always help!

I do that when I am really tired, mentally or I just haven’t slept a lot. I know that it can happen sometimes, for me, out of the blue and and it just does, so i try to take a step back and think about it for a little. I see myself getting upset or anxious about these little things and I know it is time for me to step back and try to recollect myself. I don’t always do it, and then I can get myself in big arguments or in situations I do not want to be in. Basically, I do it when I am tired or overwhelmed.

Many of us out there are super worried about doing everything in the best way possible with zero error. This can stem from perfectionist tendencies as well or in simpler words making sure everything is jus the way it should be with no scope pf error. The worriedness involved while making sure everything should be just right is a source of stress and anxiety for many. In the process we often lose our temper or release that negative energy through a wrong outlet or towards someone who had nothing associated with it. It is okay to go a little easy on ourselves and be a little kind to ourselves.

The Facebook "Seen" message gives me a lot of anxiety! When I see that the person has "seen" the message, but does not reply, I start thinking about all the possible reasons why they would 'ignore' me... Does anyone else feel this? If so, how do you cope?
