why do I feel so scared at night? Everything I see in my room looks like i scary figure i keep telling my self that's not true but it doesn't work?

Try to be gentle with yourself, and instead of berating yourself, try to question your line of thinking and recognize the flaws. Understanding the thought process and stopping it before it escalates can help.
