There are a number of reasons for feeling sick and anxious whenever you leave the house but the thing that jumps out to me is Social anxiety. You're not alone though, many people are secretly anxious in social situations.
Do you fear certain social situations—especially situations that are unfamiliar or in which you feel you’ll be watched or evaluated by others? Do you get anxious just thinking about them?
Underlying social anxiety disorder or social phobia is the fear of being scrutinized, judged, or embarrassed in public. You may be afraid that people will think badly of you or that you are in competition with them. You probably realize that your fears are irrational but it's really hard to not feel anxious.
Why don't you try writing own all your fears relating to leaving the house, and then ask yourself questions about the negative thoughts. Then you can you can gradually replace them with more positive ways of looking at the situations that trigger your anxiety.

It could be possible that you have social anxiety. Or maybe you could be feeling some extreme sort of homesick? If this continues, it would be a good idea to talk to a professional about it so they can help you or to get a therapist. Therapists can help you get your mind off things, including the sickness you feel or whatever may be worrying you, and they can help you think more about the situation and attempt to help you solve it. I really suggest seeing a professional, though, because (especially as you get older and will have to go to work and everything and the store to get what you need,) you will start having to leave your house even more and feeling sick every time you do will definitely be an issue. Hope this helped! â¤

I've also experienced the feeling of anxiety when leaving the house, so know that nothing is wrong with you. It may be helpful to ask yourself what you fear on the other side of your front door, and start there. For me, once I've named what I'm fearing, I can rationalize with myself and remember that I am safe, or determine a way to make myself feel safe. Some helpful questions you could ask yourself would be "what am I afraid of when I leave the house?" "Why do I feel afraid of this thing?" "When did I start feeling afraid of this thing?" I hope this helps. Remember, you are not alone.

The Facebook "Seen" message gives me a lot of anxiety! When I see that the person has "seen" the message, but does not reply, I start thinking about all the possible reasons why they would 'ignore' me... Does anyone else feel this? If so, how do you cope?
