There could be multiple reasons behind waking up with a headache. Some of them being medical, however some can be psychological such as stress or feeling overwhelmed. Try to take time in the mornings to sit down and relax with something to drink. Just think about positive things coming in your day.

Sometimes dehydration can lead to headaches or vertigo. Try drinking some water, friend! :) but if these headaches get worse or continue, please seek medical help! We're here for your emotional needs at 7 Cups, but we want you to be physically healthy too!

Waking up with a headache could be caused by many things from stress, dehydration, lack of sleep, too much sleep and more. If it is something that is concerning to you then you may want to consider checking in with a professional such as a doctor to help in case it is something physical. If you think it is more psychological then maybe try some destress activities that work for you, or talk to someone. If it is very concerning to you then you may want to consider seeking help from a therapist. Headaches can be caused by many things. If you think that it is not a serious thing then just keep taking care of yourself. If it is concerning then you may want to check in with someone.
