Depression and anxiety are a powerful thing, and often come for no reason, and with no warning. When they begin to affect your daily life, it's time to reach out for help. This is not a defect, it's just something that can happen to anyone, at any time. Some people are more susceptible to it, and that doesn't make them weak, it just means they need that extra help. It's worth bringing up to your doctor, even if you don't have a reason for it, and especially if you feel there is reason to it. You wouldn't stay silent about a broken limb, and thoughts like this shouldn't be any different.

Well, to begin with, in what way do you think you're dying? If you are speaking medically, as in a constant fear of illness or death you may have hypochondria. If you feel like you constantly want to die, you most likely have major depression.

You may have bodily functional situations if it hurts physically. I would recommend going to a doctor in the next three days if that feeling continues

Constantly thinking about death can stem from worry or mere contemplation.
If you are worried about death, that's the reason you worry about it. We start to fear things when they are a possibility physically. So a fear of spiders only shows up when a spider is in your presence.
In the same way fear in death works; However, since death is always thought of as following it around, your focus is on just that.
Another case is when fear is not included, and instead, a neutral or positive thought comes up. This is in fascination to something that you know is bound to happen in your life, something that most likely would not happen with any other event that may possibly come up. Thus you think about it. it's a little like your birthday, where you most likely wonder how it will be like, but in death and dying's case it's something can happen at any time, So, you think about it in curiosity.

That’s okay, think positive, think about how much your death will impact others. how much it’ll hurt them! you belong her, the world isn’t beautiful always, but you do make a change. and make it worth living for.

That is a side effect of Anxiety. Anxiety attacks or panic attacks may leave you feeling like you are dying and unable to breathe. The best thing to do to combat this is to breathe deeply and calmly. In through your nose and out through your mouth. Using your stomach to breathe and not your chest or mind. Do this for about a minute, it may leave you feeling calmer!

The Facebook "Seen" message gives me a lot of anxiety! When I see that the person has "seen" the message, but does not reply, I start thinking about all the possible reasons why they would 'ignore' me... Does anyone else feel this? If so, how do you cope?
