I'm getting that you feel that you always fail even when you try your hardest. In my experience, there is no set bar for success or failure, so it's easy to interpret your progress as either. Hopefully that makes sense!
If not, let me elaborate. One time I was so depressed and angry at myself for failing multiple of my classes. I retook the classes over the summer and passed them, but just barely.
I interpreted this as a failure. However, it could also be interpreted as a success because I did manage to pass them, even if my GPA went down as a result.
Your perspective is super valuable! It's possible to look at the same thing from a multitude of perspectives.

Failing does not have to be a negative thing. I feel that many people find it hard to find the understanding of failing and succeeding. Trying your hardest and not giving up on things is what truly matters. Sometimes, things can take several tries and a lot of effort. You should be very proud for going after things that take several attempts or a lot of work, because it takes real drive and determination to do so. Just keep pushing hard and don't be afraid to try new methods and continue being flexible and optimistic during this process. I hope you get to your end goal!

Sometimes the small battles aren't meant to be won. Failure is a natural part of life that makes the successes of life so much sweeter when you achieve them. Life does get better and you learn how to take the failure with a grain of salt and keep working toward your goal.

You "fail" because that's what you tell yourself. Honestly, you only fail when you don't try! You are far from being a failure, even if things don't work out the way you want them to - because you're still willing to try so hard. Right? Go get that confidence back, find some positivity & success in what you've given so far, and keep going!

The Facebook "Seen" message gives me a lot of anxiety! When I see that the person has "seen" the message, but does not reply, I start thinking about all the possible reasons why they would 'ignore' me... Does anyone else feel this? If so, how do you cope?
