Doubt comes from fear the opposite of fear is love. Doubt is when you are uncertain and lacking in faith. Believing in yourself is the first step to letting go of doubt. Doubt comes form the ego where you question your own abilities and you lack confidence. Where there is love there is no doublt.

There are times when you feel like you can list 101 things to be unsure of or that could possible go wrong.
However we then forget the 1 and only thing that is the most meaningful, and fulfilling, that gives us the greatest happiness. :) Sometimes we all doubt ourselves, but from a past experience, you must admit that it is always worth the risk!

Because we always see ourselves as a loser, we don't believe in ourselves which is a bad thing because at the end of the day the only thing that we have is ourselves. I believe that I am the only one who knows myself better than the other people around me so I think that we must not doubt our skills and continue doing what we think is right and continue enjoying doing things we love. We may doubt ourselves in sometimes but I know that better days will come and that day was when the day that we stop doubting ourselves.
